Green Mag did absolutely nothing for me personally but many people I know swear by it. Let me say that the only creatine ive ever had work for me was mono so I am sure if you are responsive to MCC then green mag is a great product(at a great value).

Yea, I did enjoy the taste... just didnt seem to do much for me. Nothing against CL, i love you guys... I just dont really respond to MCC

Have you tried Gluconate? Pricey, but I loved the stuff.

That being said, I just picked up a kilo of micronized mono from NP, price is right.
