    Help choosing Protein for Test Stack


    Looking for The best protein I can find out there, I am currently gonna start an AI/ TEST boosting cycle

    Novedex xt
    DTH
    Fish Oils
    Centrum performance
    Milk Thistle
    ??????????-Protein

    I have in mind Muscle Milk, On Whey Protein/ met-Rx... Give me input on what i should be taking.. I am looking to bulk LEAN muscle, not put on dirty puffy bulk

    Give me ur opinon

    Theres so many out there man I'd say Syntha-6, Muscle Milk or ON are all good choices. Sooo many proteins!

    Muscle milk is lame IMO, due to the high sat. fat content. That "store fat to burn it" philosophy is full of sh*t, don't fall for it. However, Cytosport (the same company that makes MM) makes a complete whey protein that is awesome.

    I would go with chicken, some lean beef, some fish. You start trying too drink all your protein and you'll get that bloated look you dont want, or you'll just be ****n your brains out.

    But as far as protein powders? I buy cheapest, with the least amount of cholesterol. Some powders have insane amounts of it, so just make sure you read labels. In addition to not over doing it with vitamins. Im kinda lucky, my gym sells 4lbs of whey for 30-35 bucks after the sales guy gives me the "best deal bro".

    If you can afford it, Ultra Peptide pre workout, and a concentrate/isolate post. If your strapped for cash a concentrate or mix of something will be fine, just take in some skim milk or cottage cheese to up the casein content of the pre meal.

    My favorite protein is either ATW cup cake batter, ATW cinnamon bun, Ultra Peptide C&C, and Dymatize Elite Chocolate Mint.

    i normally get ON whey but i just got EAS premium a few weeks ago and i like it alot. It has whey,casein, and a little soy protein....plus it was pretty cheap. great taste too
