WMS usage Advanced Discussion!!!

Ok I know there's alot of threads out there about WMS but there is alot of conflicting information. I added Advanced Discussion onto the title so that we can keep this more about the science behind WMS supplementation for everyones benefit please!!!

Ok my main discussions for this thread are first usage of WMS for PreWO use, now I would think this would be a bad idea because of the insulin spike which will dull the following insulin spike PWO plus make your workout lag? I thought slow digesting carbs were best for PreWO and fast digesting for IntraWO and PWO? However many have said this is a good idea for pumps? So which is it?

Now I believe Intraworkout use would be much more useful and keeping Preworkout for slow digesting carbs? Whats the thoughts on this? As far as PWO use is concerned I think we all know WMS is king for many reasons!!!

Next is using WMS for driving AminoAcids and other nutrients into the muscles and how much is needed and what ratio is needed to keep the molecule wieght high enough to be effective? Is this even relevent as has been discussed? Perhaps one could just take the WMS 5-10 minutes before the other nutrients to first spike the insulin and drive the glycogen before the other nutrients come to maximize asorbtion or is this just not needed?

Ok lets keep this discussion on track and focused please!!!

If you dont mind me adding a question....

With blood flowing to your stomach to digest carbs, doesnt that negativly effect growth hormone release while working out?

I've been taking it PWO only for the past 4 months or so.
I stick with malto/dex pre-workout due to the fast acting nature of WM, I want a slower, steadier flow of carbs.

PWO everything I've read, and what I've stuck with, is keeping WM at 75% or more of the mix. Right now my mix is:
75 grms WM
10 grms Peptopro
10 grms BCAA's
5 grms creatine mono

I mix it with 25 oz of water and down it quick, following up 15-20 minutes later with another shake of 50 grams whey, 35 grams dex.

I know the WM shuttles through the gut extremely fast based on one very scientific finding. With other PWO drinks that contained less liquid I felt bloated for awhile after drinking it it. With my current mix I down all that liquid in about 2 minutes and am full, within 5-10 minutes my gut feels empty.

I also think the WM pulls alot of water into the bloodstream as I'm usually very thirsty all morning after this drink.

So far I'm pretty happy with it, if I were to make any changes it may be to ditch the Pepto and up the BCAA's as I don't know that it's making any difference and it's not cheap.
