Whats the half life of insulin mimickers? (Anabolic Pump/NoShotgun related)

I'm trying to take Anabolic Pump w/ NO-Shotgun. Shotgun has Bis Picolinato Oxo Vanadium (BPOV) which is an insulin mimick. I take NOShotgun 30min before workout, and workout is about 60-75 minutes. Will the BPOV be diminished in my blood stream, or still going strong inhibiting Anabolic Pump's effects?

Just make sure that you have an hour in between taking Anabolic Pump and NO Shotgun.
