help with transdermal calculations!

Can someone tell what percentage of a powder taken transdermally is the same as an oral dose.

I have seen a few people say 150 mg of 6oxo trandermal is the same as 600 mg oral.

So would 500 mg methoxy transdermal be the same as 2 grams orally?

Is it different for every substance or it it a 1/4 ratio across the board?

Also,
what determines the ammount of powder that can go into penetrate ,the mw?
 
Not sure where you heard these ratios, but I don't think that methoxy can be used as a TD due to the MW.

Rule of thumb is <300, so it should work (assuming it is soluble in the carrier). However, I really don't know what dosage would be ideal for a TD formula.
 
Hi, I would also appreciate if someone helpful is able to assist me with the math on this one.
I have 5grams of 6-oxo and a 4oz of dermabolics transport matrix. The bottle says 5 squirts per serving, 30 servings/bottle.
Can i fit the whole 5 grams in there? and how much would i get per serving?

my math sux btw if you didnt notice :p
