Anabolic Pump + CLA

i was reading on wiki that CLA MAY cause more insulin sensitivity in obese ppl that take it. im not obese, probably 17-18 percent body fat. but i was wondering if anabolic pump and CLA would be safe to take together.

Good question. I just started taking CLA Monday and AP today.

I do take my CLA about 2 hours after I eat though, so I wonder if it would really be an issue with me at all.

I wouldn't even use CLA....

I'll be d**ned... I've read conflicting studies as well... I need to find them again when I'm not so tired.

IMO there are multiple confilicting studies on the subject. Personally I would suggest trying both methods and see which one you respond positivly to (so either seperate AP and CLA and see how your body deals when only on the CLA, or just try it out with the AP and CLA {if you have used AP before so you can tell differences} and see how your body responds.)

FWIW I think CLA is overpriced and unnecessary, but to each their own.
