Hey bro's,

Ie been looking into making a purchase of some cortisol control supplements. Ive tried Lean Extreme before. I was wondering if anyone has had any success with any other ones. I cant seem to find many products for Cortisol Control.

Thanks

I just google'd that for you quickly, but there is a tonne of research that shows that Vitamin C helps control cortisol.

I'm probably going to pick up some EndoAmp by Primordial Performance which contains Phosphatidylserine (also mentioned in that article above).

Do a search on that compound (not much in terms of reviews for EndoAmp yet) or for the word cortisol to find other products (Lean Xtreme, X-Lean, etc).

reduce xt, xlean, and NOW has a cort product you might want to check into. Lots of posts here about cort if you do a search.

11-oxo is showing promise, especially for the overweight (it's a selective inhibitor of 11b-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type I reductase and people with more bodyfat produce more 11b hsd1, which raises cortisol). Only downside is the cost and the fact it might be suppressive at higher doses.

11oxo is great for cortisol control @ the recommended dosage!!

Cortisol-control options abound: Phosphatidylserine/Relora/Ashwagandha/Rhodiola/Vitamin C; Lean Xtreme; EndoAmp; Cissus; PowerFULL/IGF-2/Somnidren-GH; ZMK; ...
