I was trying to see what some daily supps that are def needed in diet. I am ofcourse staying lean and living a healthy lifestyle...working out and running most everday.
What do i need to maintain strength, lean mass, recovery, etc..
Here is what i was thinking and add.
AMino acids.
Product Xtend
Protein
Fish Oil
CLA
Sesamin
Multi Vitamin
Anything else. I think extend covers glutamine and BCAA?? ANything that is a must to take that i am living off?
