I know, probably not a good idea.
But if it's going to be done, what non-carb pre-WO and intra-WO supps would you recommend to both wake up quickly, workout with intensity, and provide aminos/protein?
Basically, I'd wake up, down some concoction, and train within 1/2 an hour (provided it can wake me up enough not to fall back to sleep).
I can't have a whey shake that close to working out, though.
So, what "stack" would you highly recommend for me?
