Ragnarok question
On the bottle it says do not consume with protein.

Why is that? I see a bunch of people taking preworkout supps with amino acids and some with protein. Does it effect its effectiveness if taken with protein?

It has to do with the absorption of some of the ingredients. You can take it with protein but you won't get the full benefit of some ingredients.
