Creatine cycles

How much does creatine lose effectiveness if not cycled? How long should cycles/breaks be? Any info would be appreciated.
 
I'd suggest you simply "go off" it from time to time (2-4 weeks) just to get your body to recalibrate (assuming you like to use it most of the time). When your body gets too accustomed to anything, it loses some efficacy.
 
Thanks guys. Thats basically what i thought but i wanted to make sure.
 
idk if u care...but i cycle it for about 4-6 weeks...only taking it on the days i lift, 10-20 G a day. only pre and post WO
