AP and pslin help..

  1. AP and pslin help..

Any chance either of these two could cause one to increase bodyfat????

  2. if you dont find your sweet spot with your carbs, ie not eating good carbs or eating too soon or just too many, you could definitely gain a little bit.
    AP Manual!!
download the pdf from that thread and read it all the way through. it is very useful for AP. i imagine it would be similar in guidelines for p-slin too. good luck!

Quite the opposite for me actually. THey shouldn't cause body fat increase that would be attributed to most likely caloric intake.

Same for me. AP has actually been helping me gain lean mass while keeping the fat off. Amazing stuff.

  5. im sure the OP is aware of the positive sides of AP and pslin, but its not like one CANNOT gain fat while using it. you just have to find your sweet spot. follow that AP manual and youll be fine.

  6. Like others have said, finding you 'sweet spot' is key. I can consume quite a few carbs with my AP (60-80g) and P-Slin (100g+) and not notice much of ay fat gain. But, everyone reacts differently. It is best to play around with dosage timing and carb intake until you find what works best for you. Keep us posted on how it works out for you.
