Body Octane & PreWorkout NO Drink overkill?
I have NO Shotgun and like it, but was interested in adding Body Octane as well... is this overkill. Should I not mix the two? Too much NO?

Well, effects-wise, it's not overkill. IMO, body octane will have way more of an actual performance benefit over Shotgun, but if you like the pumps of shotgun, you'll get those, plus the decreased recovery time and soreness. I'm not convinced No-Xplode/Shotgun products have ANY benefits outside the energy, though. Pumps are bs, they look nice, but I'm not at all convinced they have ANY ergogenic or anabolic effect.
As far as health, there's no real way to know if it's 'too much NO'. I've read both sides, and I haven't seen a conclusive argument. You could always take RPN's NOxidant, it's good stuff. Ragnarok has added anti-oxidants, too.
Here's what I'd do: I'd take Body Octane, and add in RPM. I don't think you'd ever look at shotgun again. BO's benefits are huge; add in RPM's slight hormonal tweaking toward the anabolic positive, the aggression, and the strength increases, not to mention the hard, dry pumps, and you'd have two highly effective products that would give you far more gain for the buck. Keep in mind the RPM has a nice dose of grape seed extract, a potent anti-oxidant, too.

You can't classify NO_Xplode and Shotgun in the same category. NO Shotgun is a pretty complete pre-workout supp. Not really anything missing from the product overall. I'm just about to try it myself, but its def far from being an NO_Xplode.

I hate proprietary formulas. It's better than No-xplode, but you still don't know what exactly you're getting.
I'd put my money on Body Octane/RPM any day. Both have proven amounts of proven ingredients.

I typically don't care for most (almost all) pre-workout formulas. I do like Ragnarok, but only taken before the meal that precedes my workout otherwise I get tired...
The NO-Shotgun v3 is a really good formula. I only need about 1/2-2/3 of the scoop and It definitely does what it says. It isn't like other NO products I've tried that fill you up only to let you down. It gives great endurance, stamina, strength increases and I don't crash from it either.
