I can't swallow these pills theyre too big. How do yall do it.
I threw up my whole breakfast trying to get that pill out of my throat.

can i cut them in quarters?

I can get down ADAM and Uniliver w/ no problems. These are freakin huge. I tried to get it down for a good 5 minutes, but it wouldn't go

I took 2 without water no problem for a whole bottle, but some people seem to have more difficulty taking pills than I do. It's partly mental; think of how small that pill is compared to the big food bolus that you swallow!

Yeah, it's def. a head game. I can psyche myself out when trying to take a handful of pills - like 10+. I have to do the "throwback" method with a glass of water.

Stop thinking about it, just act like ur drinking water.

The pills are enteric coated, not sure how cutting them will effect it.

I know what the op's saying.. they are pretty damn big but i also think its the smell that makes it hard as well...

All I can suggest is what i did.
Take each pill separately with juice, something that can mask the smell.

jdev when I first started supplementing, I had an issue with swallowing a certain large BCAA pill. Thanks to my parents, I became indebted to APPLE SAUCE. Whenever you're having trouble, try that one out. Masks the pill pretty well.

For me, I can't swallow them with water because of their outer properties...but with a protein shake or milk it seems to lubricate them enough to go right down.
