I just got some Glucophase in, missed the stuff. I'm planning on taking it with Pslin, here is what I have planned:
Workout days:
2-3 Caps a day Glucophase (One with each highest carb meal, one post workout)
1 Cap a day P-slin (15 min before preworkout meal)
Non workout days:
2 caps a day Glucophase (One with each high carb meal)
1 Cap a day PSlin (15 min before highest carb meal)
Any suggestions?
