Im currently taking 600mg per day 300 mg with breakfast and 300 mg with supper. The gap between though might be too long so might have to revise dosage times.As for taking it with fat , I have a tablespoon of flax seed oil with breakfast and a fish oil capsule with supper.This was a supplement i wanted to try just to get it out my head.The tub will only last 3 weeks at the dosage im taking .Whether the time is sufficient to see results, remains to be seen .Will I buy another tub? well i ll see -the trouble is there s a few supplements i would like to try to see how effective they are.
