speed supplements/workouts

im looking for a supplement that supports my fast twitch muscles to get me faster and more explosive. Any good workouts to go along with that would be greatly appreciated.

do concentration lifts focus on 8+ seconds down 3 second position hold and either speed burst up or 6+ seconds up. Also use light weight and strong form on this. or try a high rep scheme of 12+ reps/set. i would say try that stuff before a supplement

Most of the injuries i've seen have occurred during explosive type exercise. Just be careful and ease into it if you are new to this style of training.

Supps, I think just regular Creatine Mono would be worth trying. I've tried a few other things but always go back to Creatine just as long as it is Creapure. There will be probably loads of people with responses to help you out more if you need it.

Plyometrics are your new best friend. Box jumps will help to develop power in the hips, thighs, and glutes.

If you're looking at specifically speed, plyometrics are a great way to amplify fast twitch muscle speed. Just type "plyometric program" into google, check out Nike Sparq training (with LT), and take a look at The Vertical Jump Bible by Kelly Baggett. I have the Vertical Jump Bible, and while I haven't been able to do the program for some time due to football lifting and a busy schedule, my vertical and quickness have improved noticeably from plyos and the VJB. My vert raised from a 25' to a 33' in about a year and a half (which can also be attributed to cleaner eating, lower BF, and maturing muscles), and I always feel more agile after going through about 2 weeks of plyos about 3-4x/week.

Edit: Damn you, Rodja. Now it's not original advice.

Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

As for supplements: Clout is specifically formulated for your needs. I'd add in RPM.
