| Registered User | Best Joint Supplement? Looking for suggestions on a good joint supplement that is both effective and cost efficient. Please do not recommend cissus because while I use it, I do not believe it has any healing qualities, but rather only anti-inflammatory because any discomfort immediately comes back after I cease usage. |

| Registered User | I've been using plain old glucosamine consistantly now since september, and it takes a while to kick in, around 2 months, but once its built up and starts working its great. I still have joint pain from time to time but nothing compared to what I used to get. "Sacrifice Without Regret" - Fouad Abiad |

| Registered User | I highly recommend Animal Flex, by universal nutrition, works really well for me, and by itself. Within a few days you should notice a difference in inflamation/swelling and it really kicked in for me by the end of the week in the less pain and better range of motion department. This is by far the best find I've used so far, for joint supps that is.Also, I'm using fish oil, sometimes some cissus. Like everyone else says though, other ones are in the works from reputable companies. Just sharing what worked for me, and others. Good luck! |

| NutraPlanet NinjaMonkey Rep Board Sponsor | My mom complained about a sore finger for ages. Tried Glucosamine, Choindroitin etc will all limited success. She bought some Celadrin a few weeks ago at Costco and loves it. Just picked up some more http://www.nutraplanet.com/product/n...-120-caps.html , that comes with MSM too. |
