AP or Neovar for repartitioning supp?

I have never used neovar, and had modest success with AP. I have been on a ketogenic diet for about 6 weeks and would like to incorporate carbs (waxy maize starch) pre and post workout with a repartitioning supp. Both are on sale on Nutra, but I am having a hard time deciding. Thoughts?

haha if I had to pick just one for a TKD, I'd go with NeoVar for pre-post. I've used both BTW and used both for a TKD.
 
Thanks for the timely response. The AP sale is hard to beat, looks like ill pick up a bottle of each. reps.
 
As far as dosing, (i weigh about 195lbs) I am thinking 4 neovar, 1 AP, 20min later 100gr of WMS pre and post? No carbs just healthy fats and protein the rest of the day?
 
you'd be a fool not to pick up multiple bottles of AP right now and possibly some recreate and/or powerfull to go along with it

I got insane pumps from stacking AP/Neovar. I finally stopped stacking them because my arms ached. Now I use one or the other since they both are good for nutrient partitioning.
 
yea at that price its hard not to. I have 2 bottles of the new neovar and just bought 2 bottles of AP myself :cheers:

MMM...what are your goals? Cutting, Bulking, General Recomp? If Bulking or, general recomping...I would actually do something like this

Upon Waking...4 NeoVar: Recomped

2nd meal: 1 AP

Pre-workout: 1 AP

Post-Workout: 4 NeoVar: Recomped

5th meal: 1 Ap

Noticed a great leaning effect from using this pattern when using Original NeoVar and AP/Bulk Yellow Gold.

Just thought I would throw an idea out there for you.

I have been cutting for 6 weeks using CKD, but now I am looking for more of a general recomp. I never let myself really get above 10-11%bf. I will probably try that dosing schedule you just wrote out. Thanks.
