Opinions on ON Pro Complex
I just picked up two tubs of this since it was over half off and couldn't pass it up. Just curious what people think about the product overall. I couldn't imagine spending $50 on a tub, but I also remember I used to hear talk about it often, but now I can't recall the last time I read anything on it.

ON Gold whey is the best protein imo. Best tasting, best ingredient profile for the price. You can find it online for 32$ for 5lbs if you know where to look.

ON Pro Complex is a much more diverse protein then their regular Gold Whey. I assume you have no clue what Pro Complex is.

most people i know that have taken pro complex have used it as a light pre-bed meal b/c of it's multiplex ingredient profile. it does seem to always be a bit hefty with regards to price but if you got it for cheap, eat it up bro!

Thats when I was planning on using it. Maybe half a serving with my breakfast too.

Its similar to ISS reaserch Pro-M3 if im not mistaken? I pick'd a bunch of those up cheap a few years ago and did a 1/2 serving with breakfast and 1/2 servings before bed.

Im just glad our last QB is gone!!! #1 in the nation coming out of HS but man did he suck for PSU! I think Joe PA can pull it thru... I have faith!

that sounds good bro. 1 serving before bedtime and a 1/2 serving with breakfast. that should provide a nice calorie boost.

Mass Nutrition has ON whey for $32 for 5 pounds, but I've heard they have high shipping prices.
