If I am running AP solo (or just without P-Slin) I dose pre workout, post workout, and with meal 3 (all have roughly 60-70 grams of carbs depending on the time of year. There are a lot of dosing options you can choose from though. I suggest hitting up the USP Labs forum and giving the AP Manual a read through, and also l ike Distilled suggested searching for some user experiences (there is a lot on here.)
