I would follow the directions on the bottle.
Red Acid v2
Directions:
Start by taking 1-2 capsules to assess your individual tolerance.
Take 2 capsules 30 minutes before breakfast. Then take another 2 capsules 30 minutes before your workout (or at lunchtime). Take this product every day, including non workout days. Consume at least 1 gallon of water per day.
Red Acidv2 Contains some stimulants, no caffeine though. It shouldn't be too bad on you.
