The more I read, the more I see that most of you guys that have been here awhile have BCAA and Fish Oil as part of your foundation. Just wondering how to dose my Fish Oil, and I went into VS to look at BCAA and realized they're were many to choose from. Any input on what I should be looking for here? Basically I'm in the process of cleaning up my diet and then trying to lose body fat, obviously trying to keep muscle or lose as little as possible. Thanks
