h-drol or 3ad help duration and dosage

i wanna try h-drol
im 6' 3.8" and 220 lbs 10% bf
first ph ...

dosage 50 mg a day or more ??? maybe 75 or 100 ???
and is better 4 weeks or 6 weeks for good gain and fat loss
with 50/50/50/50 i will see something or not ???

need liver support ??? (preload???)
for pct i have to take only novedex xt 4/3/2/2 or i have to add something ??
if i have to buy 2 bottles of h-drol maybe i can go 6 weeks ...
50/50/75/75/100/100 what do you think ...

and with 3ad the dosage and duration for me ??
no need liver support with 3 ad and after i have to take only apct

best gains and recomp with h-drol or 3ad ???
