Sorry, guys. I know there's an FAQ and a whole Manual, but I skimmed both and couldn't find this. Is there some sort of don't-take-AP-twice-within-3-hours rule?

I'm out of comission at the moment due to an injury, so I'm following the non-lifting day directions. But my day goes as follows in terms of protein, carbs, and fats...

M1: P+F
M2: P+C < ---
M3: P+C < ---
M4: P+C < ---
M5: P+F
M6: P+F

I try to eat every 2 hours. See what I mean?

Have you started this yet or are you thinking about it?

My understanding is that AP is active in your body after dosing for well after 3 hrs. So I wouldn't think there is a need.

You could do it without harm though...

Well, This is just my opinion, But since you are on the DL right now I would wait till you are healed to do this. AP ain't cheap, and If you are looking for something to help with your weight while you are down look no further than your diet. And as far as your injury is it one where you can't lift but could ride an exercise bike(i.e.cardio) then this could be an option. I just like to use my Supplements to their full advantage and if you are on a couch 24/7 then it just seems to be a waste to me.
