I picked up a couple of bottles of ISOPURE today and drank one during my workout.

I liked the nutritional facts on the side for my current diet (reducing BF while maintaining muscle strength). I have really upped my protein while cutting back my carbs (except for my post workout shake and morning shake).

Has anyone used this for a prolonged amount of time? If so how did you like it? It reads like it would be easier to digest then some of the other alternatives while still giving the 40 grams of protein. The mango Peach kinda taste like crap, if you have any other flavors you could recommend i would appreciate it.

It is something that i heard about with lower weight wrestlers who are cutting weight but still maintaining a workout program, and finally decided to try it out myself.

I like isopure's protein. Mostly b/c the green apple flavor is SOOOOOOOOO good. Tastes like those green apple suckers.

I would use 1/2 a bottle with 4 scoops of Xtend and 20 oz of extra water. Great WO's.
