Questions about estrogen blockers

Hey guys, I'm relatively new to sports supplementation. Back in high school i was a wrestler, so i have had experience with the basic creatine and protien supplements. However after a few years off, i gained quite a few pounds (of fat) which I have managed to get off with some cardio and a healthy diet. Now I'm lighter, yet kind of "saggy" looking. I have been reading about estrogen blockers as a possible supplement to help me "fill in" with muscle quickly. I recently ordered some 6 oxo although I'm not quite sure how to use it. I have never cycled anything before, and I'm afraid of roids, so I'm using it as a standalone. So i just wanted to ask you guys;

1. How should I titrate my dosages so that I will not get gyno?

2. What possible side effects should i expect?

3. I know that this product is usually used as a pct... so if I am using it as a standalone, will I need some type of pct for it to protect against gyno?

4. will the results that I achieve through the use of this product be sustainable later without constant use of hormone related supplements?

Any other info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My appolagies if this is posted in the wrong place or if these questions have already been answered.

PS: I'm in relatively good health, take my vitamins, and eat right, so propper nutrition is not an issue.

plan out a dosing schedule, ie. how many you are going to take everyday and for how long. try 3 at bedtime first week/4-5 second week/6 third week. just make sure last week you reverse this 5/4/3/1/1/1/1. by tapering off you should be fine. do some research on fatburners on this forum, find a good one for you and add it to the 6oxo. 6oxo+a quality fatburner should help your cause. btw do some reading in the review section before you buy next time, you should always know what you are getting BEFORE you buy. good luck.
 
since 6oxo is just an AI i would suggest just to take 300mgs every day for 8 weeks along with some divanil or DTH...and u wont (very unlikely unless using supraphysiological amounts) get gyno from 6-oxo...when combined with other supplements this can be very useful at increasing density...i would persoanlly take all for 8 weeks
6-oxo - 300mgs ED
Divanil - 1.2grams ED
Forskolin - 100mgs ED
Choose One
DTH - 6tabs ED
Xfactor - 1gram ED (Can increase if u need too)

I'm new to the site as well and was thinking of doing the very same thing as Ocean. But I haven't purchased anything yet, is there a particular brand? caps or powder form?

6-oxo is good but its not really a muscle builder. if you are looking for something more than just an estrogen blocker i would try something like activate xtreme, x-factor, or even the hypermass stack (mass fx-hyperdrol x2). i dk if using a fat burner will help saggy skin but good fat burners r ones such as leviathin reloaded, dcp, MAN scorch, recreate..something along those lines. if your not really looking for stimulants i would highly suggest DS lean xtreme i think that and a test booster would work great. then there are also topical fat loss products which tighten the skin such as ab fx and napalm, napalm is a really good product. just search for some reviews and u can get alot of insight.

:woohoo:good advice...my favorite natural recomp cycle would HAVE to be Xfactor(1.5grams)ED, Forksolin, TTA...the synergism between these products are incredible...:woohoo::head:
 
Update

thanks for all the feedback guys. I'm on my second week of 6 oxo, and it's working great. Love handles have diminished, my chest looks better and i feel great! I'm adding leviathan as well tomorrow, so I'll let you know how that goes.:woohoo::dance:
