    If your using recreate you don't need additional cortisol suppresion

    yeah i did. got a LOT more focus not only during workouts but also during the day. and my moodswings wich i normally have were way less

    All of this guys posts are about products by Nanox, a new brand coming in July, or so he tells us. And by the way all the products are "awesome".

    I would say finish Lean Xtreme, wait 2 weeks, then start Recreate. Cortisol suppression might be an issue if you used them at the same time.
