i take 3, all adding up to 150 grams of protien.
0 - I like to chew my food
4 or more - just give me a straw...chewing is over rated
i try to take one before workout and one before bed. Since i workout in the early morning i just use my breakfast to get a another big dose of protein from eggs and meat.
I usually have 2 shakes, I may have 3 on a day I don't feel like eating much.
