I ordered a tub of wms from nutra. I remember reading on here once where dsade said if u are using a regular 70cc protein scoop that would equal about 40g of carbs. Is that correct? Anybody please clearify this for me. I would really appreciate it.
I believe that's correct as well. I did the calculation somewhere on here before (I'll search for it and post a link...), and that's the general rule of thumb I go by too.
Yeah i had the same problem figuring it out when i bought it but yeah the poster above is correct. If you search theres a calculation on here somwhere.
They really need to start putting dosing instructions on those tubs..
