Arginine Ethyl Ester

I've been taking arginine ethyl ester at 6 grams a day split into 3 doses throughout the day. My question is, how much is too much. At what point am I not only on overkill but does it get toxic?

it will never get toxic...unless u like take 400grams a day for a long time but thats unrealistic...i suggest to just take 3 grams b4 workouts and 3grams after workouts...i always love to take a bcomplex with each dose...the niacin seems to help the absorption...and give the body what it needs to stay stocked up on the NOS enzyme...
