CLA/Biotin pain

I bought some "Super Potency" Biotin, CLA, and Green Tea (with 25mg hoodia) the other day while browsing the supplement section in Walmart. I dose the biotin at 10,000 mcg (2 split doses), the CLA at 4,000 mg (2 split doses), and the Green Tea plus Hoodia at 1890 mg Green Tea and 75mg Hoodia (2 split doses). First off, this stack is working fabulous for me, and I've lost about 8 pounds with heightened cardio and a little more caloric restriction in about two weeks. The only problem is, lately I've been experiencing a sort of cramp in my lower stomach, almost to the point of vomiting, but then it eventually passes and re-emerges intermittently. My questions are, is my dosing technique effective (mesomorph bodytype), and could this cramping be from the CLA/GT/Biotin?
