Direction on Bottle!

I'm taking Estrogenex and on the bottle it says "Take three (3) Tablets Daily."

Is that 3 tablets all at once, or 3 spaced throughout the day?

Good question, I would take them all at once. Normally they specify take x tables x times daily etc etc

Yeah that's what i was thinking, if they wer'nt more specific then it must not matter THAT much lol

I would take the three tabs 30 mins before bed because when you sleep thats when estrogen conversion mainly occurs.
