i personally only take it 1.2grams twice per day...breakfast and post workout...those are the only times i get carbs...it does VERY well at keeping fat off...especially when combined with something like AA, Forskolin...
so basically it helps utilize carbs and not turn them into stored fat? i also heard it aids in giving great pumps? is that because of helping your body absorb carbs?

Not so much absorb them, but it helps to shuttle the carbs to fully fill glycogen stores. When your glycogen is full, the muscle generally feels "pumped" throughout the day and when it is trained, the affect is amplified.
In all honesty I really cannot say if it worked or not. I still take it before carb meals. after mine runs out (which I onoly have less than ten caps left) I'm not buying any for a while
i works very well imo. 3x a day 1g each time 30min b4 a carb meal worked best for me. im currently trying 1g 4 times ed for my lean bulk starting monday.

some will say yes some will say no...its just like every other product, you never know until YOU try it. your body is not the same as a single person anywhere so you response will not be the same
yes it is worth buying...its cheap so ur not wasting alot of money anyways...YG wont be as good if taken alone...its best when...especially with fforskolin and AA...
