  3. Half of those could no absolutely nothing for you and you'd never know. That's what I like about taking supplements individually, perhaps at elevated doses. Lets me know if something works or how it feels.

  5. that reads like the label of a new muscletech product. but if ingredients are in high enough quantaties it looks like a hell of a stack, not sure if there would be a problem of synergy with all that though.

  6. Not bad, but mine is better, haha... Although, I take some stuff for specific reasons other then lbm gains... Thus, my stack costs me a lot of money, but it helps me deal with stuff...

    He has a joint supplement, very good most people take them all the time. ZMA, this is a staple for me. He has something for if he runs a cycle, much like a cycle support. A Natural Testosterone stack. Good pre and post workout supplements. Looks good to me as far as the basics. Sometimes it's nice to have something extra, Glucose Disposal type supplement, Natural T supplement.
