Brain Stimulants?

empreality

Not sure if I am speaking science-fiction stuff here, but is there supplements in existence that actually do something closer to stimulating brain activity...memory/alertness...etc.

Basically something other than caffeine...something more in a vitamin form...but still something that actually shows results... Because sure caffeine seems to help there and there...but it's rather annoying relying so much on it...I rather wake up in the morning and go "HOLY ****, I FEEL LIKE I CAN TAKE ON THE WORLD TODAY" rather than...hmmm 500mg of caffeine should give me the boost I need....with results that vary...something 500mg is smack in the ass...sometimes I still feel like crap...but hyperCrap

Forget the caffeine. Go for this combo:

ALCAR @ 1 gram
Vinpocetine @ 10 mg
Huperzine-a @ 100 mcg
DMAE @ 100 mg
Bacopa 20% @ 150 mg
Rhodiola 4% @ 150 mg

Take this all with some carbs like a banana or juice 1-2 times daily.

Some good pre-made prods for this:

NADH in enada tablet form. 5mg in the morning with 12-16oz. of water, 20-30 minutes before eating and taking ANY other vitamins/minerals, etc. If dosed properly, you'll notice some good things that are attributed to dopamine (anti-prolactin hormone) such as increased GH, increased libido, increased test levels, increased focus/motivation.

I think it's a calf, but it looks a bit like a pregnant woman.
Anyway. If you can find a reliable seller of panax ginseng roots,
it won't really have a stimulant effect, but over time, it should help you feel more vitalized upon waking up in the morning.

Hmm, that actually looks promising. Any idea on how long I will need to use the supplement to start seeing results?

I started noticing results after 4 days. Things definitely became apparent. TAKE IT JUST THE WAY IT SAYS or there won't be any effect. It's very fragile, so it need be consumed first thing in the morning with JUST water and I'd say about 16oz of it. Awesome supp!

I'm a sophomore in college and am on the same quest for mental stimulation and memory enhancer.

Here's what I've been using.
>Ginko Smart by: Irwin Naturals, 1X a day
>Omega-3, 180 EPA/120 DHA by: now, 4X a day
>Phosphatidyl Serine 100mg by: now, 2X a day
>DMAE (dimethylaminoethanol) by: now, 3X a day
> Melatonin 3mg by: now, before bed

also Im on a prescription med
>adderall (amphetamine salts) 30mg, 1 tab morn. .5 tabs for the following 2 meals

Ive read where gh is suppose to support memory so I use pGH, a cheep alternative to the outrageous price of rHGH. I take a IM injection first thing in the morn. and before bed.

All of which In my opinion have no effect. Im still the dumbest person I know.

My calculus teacher said, "hard work out does talent any day." Which is a practice I try to apply.
