PSLIN pre-W/O

is Pslin still effective if only taken pre W/O and not on off days?? and is the recommended 1pill sufficient or do many people find it necassary to increase the dosage?? thanks

1 Cap is usually enough with the pre-workout meal. You can take it on workout days only but when taken on off days too it helps with the recovery better. Also ensure you are taking in enough Carbs at this meal too (70-100g)

My experience---P-slin preworkout only (lifting) and AP the rest of the time works wonders for training and recovery.
