muscle hardener

What is a good NATURAL product that gives the muscle a hardened effect? MY body fat is as low as it has ever been but i still have this soft look about me. Is there any products other a PH like superdrol that can give me this effect? thanks

What kind of training do you do, that can have a big effect on relaxed muscle density.

How often do you change your routines? Heavy compound lifting does increase muscle density which will give more of a hard appearance to the muscle. For that nice pumped hard feeling, I found that Drive worked well. I don't know if it helped with appearance at all though, my muscles certainly felt harder to the touch.

I am running Drive right now and it definitely keeps you dense, For training I was going to say do lower reps at higher weight but DW beat me too it.

My routines change frequently but it is pretty much based around what I have showed. Drive did not do much for me. if anyone else has any other input it would be appreciated.

Another thing is caffeine is a vaso-constrictor which may be hurting your vascularity which in turn may be causing a flatter look since your veins aren't really "popping" catch my drift? How is your caffeine intake?

i though the vasoconstrictive effects of caffeine were only elicited on cerebral blood vessels

i take in quite a bit of caffeine during the day, usually in the 500-600mg range.. and my veins pop like a dope addict all day.

Are you a dope addict? j/k

I know for someone like myself, who doesn't have much vascularity even at a low BF%, caffeine plays a role.

I like how all the reps dropped some info.. :P

good ole creatine man.
MAN Clout is supposed to be great but a bit pricey.
I like Ticreatine malate right now.
Really cut carbs more.
Maybe a burner like Leviathan. I know you said you have low BF but how low? I consider myself "low" at about 11-12%(im guessin never measured)

I feel you though, until i cut down my muscles hve always been soft, or not as dense.
