    OK another question from this Newbie for you experienced guys. My local store (and yes I will buy from Nutrplanet from now on ;-) REcomended to me the IDS PCT Tabs as a test booster. I never hear them mentioned here. is that cause they are crap; or because no one here has heard of them (seems unlikely). The link below is the same stuff, just did a quick google on it.

    IDS Post Cycle Tabs boost testosterone levels by stimulating leutinizing hormone.

    they're nothing special.. Lots of other better options.

    10-12 fish oil caps per day in divided doses should be a decent pct.

    Nothing is more anabolic than food.
    Out of those supps I'd have to say mega dosed BCAA's.

    Steak is high in saturated fat and cholesterol, which are both very good for natural testosterone production, throw in some olive oil too!!!
