I've been hearing cissus is good for tenden repair. I think I have elboy tendentious. Does not bother me too much except when I do bi-ceps, and especially when I do dumbell curls. Then the next day it is soar as hell. :aargh:Takes a few days for it to go back down. I sure do not want to take a lot of time off because I've been making some great gains. I am going to cut out dumbell curls for now, but are there any more suggestions besides Cissus.
