What is a good supplement to help me get some dry gains?

you guys have any suggestions? All I need is another 5lbs. of dry, lean muscle gain and i'm looking for a good product to help besides hard work in the gym.
 
It's just a post called New FAQ, just a joke thread. You have to give us a way more information and you might try searching there is tons of info.
 
X-Factor, Activate Xtreme, or Anabolic Pump would be good choices. Add in 5g of Leucine to your post-WO drink is also a cheap choice.
 
Sounds kind of kinky, I guess it isn't good to use chocolate flavour or people would think you shittt your pants.
 
I got some tren 13...that i am going to try....

1. What is Tren-13? Is it a steroid?

2. Will Tren-13 shut me down and will it require PCT?

3. Why have my balls shrivelled? It hasn't gotten any colder.

nah...i know what i am getting into with that wiseguy.....too put this thread to an end i was basically just asking for a suggestion on a good supplement that i never used before.
 
If you're not already taking a natty T booster, try that along with limiting your sodium intake. A lot of people tend to overlook sodium in their diets and are retaining more water than they realize, and a T booster should help you get that couple of pounds you're after relatively safely, if simply adding in another scoop of whey to your shakes won't do the trick.
 
Sorry if we got carried away, too much time on our hands.
Way too much time. LOL. The main reason I am making good progress is because I work at a gym that is dead most of the day and I jump onto the floor all day long and stretch, workout, run, practice form for compound movements, etc. I bring my meals and keep them in the fridge, I've got my smoothie machine here, a food pantry, etc... And I pop on AM.com the entire day. What a life! And I'm 2 blocks from the beach!

Take more note of supplements in the "Muscle & Strength" category, in particular the ones with a higher number of ratings. Some of them are hormonal, such as Havoc - that would definitely work.

I'd agree with Rodja on X-Factor and Activate Xtreme, but check out P-Slin also. Wish I had some reviews on Anabolic Pump!
 
a natty test booster or a good AI would prob do the trick.

I personally like powerfull and AP though.
