    Yeah I have a critique. Way to sucker me in to what I thought was gonna be a thread about smileys.

    Well you're getting the vitamins without the minerals, the beans without the franks, the massage without the happy ending. I dunno, just seems incomplete to me.

    Work's work, we've got 6 weeks to get in to top form for photos. We're gonna pose and whatnot, put the pictures up on the cashwrap or something. Gonna be mainly for kicks and giggles.

    So, you're asking for post-workout recommendations if I read that right...

    IMO, most people are far too concerned with large amounts of protein post workout and not near concerned enough about getting in a good amount of fast acting carbs post workout (dextrose ftw!)..

    Studies have shown ( several studies, and a few at the university I attend ) that a ratio from 3:1 to 4:1 of fast acting carbs to fast acting protein postworkout increases glycogen replenishment and protein synthesis far greater than either carbs or protein by itself (postworkout).

    So, what I'm getting at is... you could get you some bulk waxy maize, dextrose, and whey, and you'd be set on postworkout for a while.. Just mix your own and ur good to go.. Oh, and maybe throw some leucine in there for good measure

    Rest looks good to me.. When you say Stinging Nettle, do you mean an extract similar to divanil, or just regular stinging nettle?

    yeah bro, I usually do 1-2 scoops all the whey + 50g of wms and 1 cup of oats for postworkout.

    i like those two.

    All the Whey's Rejuvenix was good, i asked for a sample and they gave me about 2.5 servings...the ingredients are great and good price too.

    Im using Relentless right now but not too often....i usually eat a meal afterwards then a shake about an 1hr later.

    Anything with some creatine, WPI, fast carbs, bcaas and other aminos, with some antioxidants would be a good postwo.

    But i will say you dont really need to buy a postwo supp because if you eat the right things you can get all you need.

    Looks like a nice lay out so far man. If your looking for a good post-workout product you should yell at AEN to make one Out of whats out Relentless imo is the best.

    Is this for a bulk or a cut? and for my fave smiley lol
