3-ad and weight loss, over 40 yrs.

was looking to possibly try 3-ad, i have recently been trying to loss some weight. carry most of it between belly and chest. would this product be good to use if trying to keep some muscle while trying to reduce.

check out easy's or hyde's logs on mmv2. they both started out with mmv2 and added 3-ad. btw-easy ain't no spring chicken...

3-AD can be used for what your trying to accomplish which sounds like a recomp. You may notice slight water retention when you first start out with 3-AD but it will eventually subside. Diet is going to be the key factor but I think 3-AD could help you get the results your looking for.

Definitely. It has been used successfully during all out cuts, and Im sure it would work just as well during a recomp.

just wanted to say thanks for the input. been using lipo-6 with good results, about a month now.

workout routine:

m-w-f. upper body circuit, last round heavy
t-th. lower body circuit, last heavy

run a mile 2-3 days week evenings, all workouts at 5:00 a.m
