Transdermal toss up

I'm beginning a major cutting phase, and am wondering which is going to be the most effective in helping those "favorite spots" like inner thighs, lower abs the best?

I've been using lipo ultra, and have used Napalm, I just cant seen to figure out which is the strongest and most effective.
Or is ther a way to create a really strong transdermal fatloss that I am not knowing how to do?
