| Hitting you like a train | WMS, Horsepower, Xtend and ON Whey question i just bought xtend, kwick carb (wms), on whey and horsepower (on sale at local nutrition shop) and wondered how to dose them. i planned on sipping 3-4 scoop of xtend during workout, 2 scoop of xtend, 1 scoop of HP and around 30g of WMS PWO then 15 min later 2 scoops of ONs Whey. what you guys think of that??? |

| Registered User | For me, I would eliminate the Xtend post workout. You should have enough AA from sipping during your workout and the ON Whey will provide enough post WO. I love Xtend, it's a solid product. |

| Hitting you like a train | ok thx for the reply. the way i see it now is 4 scoop of xtend during workout, 1 serving of HorsePower + 30g of WMS immediately after working out and 2 scoop ON's Whey 15 min later (when ill arrive home). would it be beneficial to add 20g+ of WMS during workout with the xtend??? |

| Registered User | take the horse power preworkout along with the xtend...just take as many scoops until u get 7 grams of leucine (i think 2 servings)...and take the rest postworkout...WMS wont be as great if mixed with protein...but still good... maybe even 1/2 to a whole serving of horsepower postworkout as well... |

| Hitting you like a train | yeah on workout days, HP is taken pre and post WO and on off days its 2 times a day. ill take my serving of hp and 1 serving xtend pre workout to make the taste more bearable, during workout, 2 scoop of xtend and 15g WMS and immediately after working out, 30g WMS + 1 serving HP than 15min later 2 coop ON's whey. sounds good??? |

| Hitting you like a train | i really love this feeling. i take HP because of its effectiveness for ME because most of the ppl around here dont like HP at all because of the taste. Man, drink it up and chase it down, if its working i dont give a **** about the taste. but ill hide the tatse with a scoop of xtend watermelon to make it more bearable. the worst experience i had with BA was after a football game, i took 4 pills of Incarnate on an empty stomach and ate an hour later, it was tingling badly everywhere on my body :P My Current Stack: RPM/Drive, Yohimbine HCL, Lean Green, CLA, Sesamin, Fish/Flax seed oil, Xtend, ONs Whey/Dymatize Elite Whey, Muscle Milk, Opti-Men Lead. | Hitting you like a train | 1st day on HP and this stack, cant say i got stronger or pumped but the tingling sensation was definately there, it was so intense in the beginning, i didnt remember it was like that :P didnt remember also that the HP taste like crap even with 2 scoop of xtend, maybe i will add half a packet of crystal or something like this... | Hitting you like a train | i just have a quick question, they say that HP should be taken twice daily, im taking 1 serving preWO and 1 PWO atm and 1 serving on non workout days. is it overkill to have 2 hp serving in about 2 hours or should i stay like that??? or i sitch to one serving in the am and one preWO??? | Registered User | i think its perfectly fine...it MIGHT be a little better to take each dose 12 hours a part but not much...what u have planned is fantastic...maybe pick up some bulkAA, bulknettle, and some BCAA's and EAA's itll get crazy... |
