Everyone knows that stomach acid ruins creatine, Ive searched for whether taking antacid tablets prior to taking creatine would lower ph to a level that would improve creatine absorbtion to a degree that would make it worth doing. Anyone have any ideas on this?
It would be like creating a home-brew Kre-Alk... I've done this a couple times. Once you are saturated, you are saturated. Any form of creatine will get you there. Some just do it a little faster.
