| WarriorPoet   | I advise people wait untill 25, but age isn't the only stipulation in my book. Experience is another factor, I would also recommend 5 solid years of lifting experience as a minimum. | Nemesis of Awburnt  | Rules here are that you have to be 21 to discuss it. I personally say you shouldn't even consider this until you are past 25. Your natural test production should be enough to allow you to see progress without any type of ph and I feel you shouldn't mess with it before then. |

| Registered User   | Great question, ans: 21 at least but the longer you wait the better. The temptation of supplements is huge and from reading many posts its also difficult to ignore for years. Especially with the marketing hype in the market today where they make claims of outrageous gains. Hopefully you understand the reason(s) behind the age recommendation/restricktion because if you do then you can figure out how to put together better natural stacks for yourself ! |

| Gold Member | Something else to consider, the more supplements you become accustomed to taking, the more supplementation becomes like paying for gas. You always have to refuel your supplement box and have something lined up, size, cut, lean, bulk, recomp, whatever. It's not a cheap hobby. I was a richer man before I found AM, but I'm glad I did, don't get me wrong.
