I just bought some scivation sesamin oil from nutra. I have about 180 caps (probably less cause some of the caps are popped and leaky. yuk!)

Whats the usual dosage for sesamin oil I believe it is 6000mg per day for fat burning dose?

Good results can be had at around 3.75 grams per day.

1 cap = 1 gram, right? I wonder if it's 4 grams of sesame oil standardized for 50% sesamin lignans or is it 4 grams of actual sesamin content?

it's the actual content so 4 caps = 4g. I see that the caps are just sesamine oils put in caps. Nothing fancy, sure as hell is messy and oily in the bottle though.
