Yes but it might be good to ease into it. I started 1 and 1 for 3 days then moved to 2 and 1 which I plan of for a week and then I will move to 2 and 2 for the remainder for a total of 10.5 weeks.

if you want to "feel the first dose", stick to MuscleTech products. Or colonic irrigation.

That sucks man. Well, although forskolin is a sick compound, I'm sure you can do just fine without it

I guess i will just tough it out another week. But i can understand for someone who was not told that this is suppose to happen to a lot of poeple to think ill of the product if it produces this kind of effect. I did not read the profile on Recreate thoroughly, but is it warned that Forsklin will produce gastrointestinal discomfort in the begining for some users?
As of this morning: May 7th, 2008 11:19 am eastern time. I no longer feel like i am going to throw up. The discomfort is minimized. However, very gaseous. Increased thermogenic effect is shown for the first time starting from late last evening. This morning i was sweating from doing crunches. Which leads to the question that maybe there is a loading peroid on this stuff?

If you check my posts, I've said several times there is an acclimation period with ReCreate; this is in respects to appetite suppression and thermogenic effect.

Glad to hear it is working for you!

Just for the record, we never have asked our testers to "add hype" to any beta tested product. The beta testers are picked randomly and unbiased.

Once the testing pool gets bigger more less favorable reviews surface and unfortunately competitor bashing becomes more prevalent.

I felt appetite suppression right away along with the thermo effect. I continue to experience the thermo but appetite seems to be coming back. Hope this is temporary as I am relegated to cardio only due to an injury.
