Do you guys take them at night for the ZMA benefits They look really good for on cycle support.

Most people I know take them in the morning just like a regular daily multi. For ZMA alone, you should get Invalid Link Removed . ZMA is good before bed, but Adam has lots of other nutrients/minerals that your body needs throughout the day, although at night is when your body rebuilds/recovers true.
